Pranayam is the practice of Controlling Breath. Part of Ashtang Yog. It brings the body, mind and soul in sync. It is describes as the potent force of life. Breathing lies at the center of Existence. If Prana is not able to move freely in our body due to some of blockages in our body the person tends to become sick. Pranayam is also the Systematic Rhythm of Breathing which makes the person healthy and is also essential for the person for the maintenance of his health.
